The Project Manager focuses on managing complex IT projects for on-premise infrastructure and cloud projects. The Project Manager must be able to work independently to resolve issues as needed. You will be responsible for assigning and coordinating team members, escalating issues as detected, and problem solving to deliver projects on time.

The Pre-Sales Engineer is the technical lead on the account team, responsible for technical and business requirements, discovery, proposal preparation support and technical presentations to customers for R2 Unified Technologies’ full suite of products and solutions. He/she will also serve as the account team technical lead for Enterprise Networks, Cloud Solutions, Virtualization, Security, Collaboration, Managed Services and Datacenter Infrastructure solution design, engineering, consulting and proactively leverage other resources within the organization as need to address customer technology needs. He/she will be comfortable with building customer relationship once introduced, performing onsite demonstration of products and explaining features and benefits that meet specific customer needs.
R2 is looking for a Sales Development Representative that is eager and excited to either expand or kick off their sales career. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
We are seeking a SDR to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams to work leads, as well as bring self-sourced new customer wins. BDR’s generate discovery meetings through cold calls, sending emails, and leading high-level discovery calls with prospects. The ultimate goal is to book sales appointments that eventually turn into legitimate sales opportunities. The BDR will be responsible for new account acquisition, achieving new client targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within our current and emerging markets. Important activities include getting to decision makers through cold calling, conducting in person meetings, attending trade specific events and leveraging social media channels.
