Rory Case is the Director of Professional Services for R2 Unified Technologies. He is responsible for the management of the Engineering staff and delivery of Professional and Managed Services. He previously served as the Project Manager for R2. Case served as an IT consultant for 2 years where he worked with various companies on WAN/LAN technologies, datacenter selection, consolidation and migrations, complex bandwidth solutions, Network Security and cloud environments prior to joining R2 Unified Technologies in March 2014. He has worked in the Managed Service Space since 2001 and has served in a variety of technical engineering and management roles including VP of Engineering and Operations for Host.net. He has over 19 years of experience in network design and implementation, data center implementation and migrations, network security, NOC management, project management, vendor management and company acquisitions and mergers.
Rory Case grew up in Kingston, Jamaica where he had many hobbies and interests such as being a DJ, playing soccer & drag racing. While living in Jamaica Rory also was a professional Go-Kart Racer and participated in fishing tournaments. When Rory moved to Florida, he attended Florida International University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. In his free time, he loves fishing and hanging out on the beach with his family, taking road trips, and listening to music.
